The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on September 24, 2026, issued a further extension of time for filing Forms to monitor insolvency resolution processes for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
It has further extended the deadline for filing electronic PGIRP-1 to PGIRP-6 forms relating to insolvency resolution processes of personal guarantors to corporate debtors. The filing deadline, earlier extended to September 30, 2026, has now been extended to December 31, 2026. Accordingly, penalties for delayed submission or modification of the forms will be levied only after December 31, 2026.
